Definition of Services

Fact Finding Meeting- The A.I. Group, Inc. will meet with you as a potential client to discuss your current financial situation, future goals, and what you can expect to receive from your financial plan.  This initial meeting is free of charge, will last approximately 30 minutes, and will be held at a location and time that is convenient for you.  This meeting is a good opportunity to determine if our services are a match with your needs.

    

Cash Flow Planning – The A.I. Group, Inc. Cash Flow Plan provides the client with strategies based on  the process of monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting the income and expenses as it pertains to our clients’ business or individual accounts. Our plan provides strategies for budgeting, meeting short and long term goals and debt management.

    

Education Planning – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with an Education Plans that includes recommendations for choosing the most efficient strategies for saving, investing and choosing an account type as it applies to meeting our clients’ educational goals.  Our strategies are built around taxes and wealth transfer issues as they pertain to each generation.  

    

Retirement Planning – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with a Retirement Plan that analyzes our clients’ current situation and their ability to meet their retirement goals.  We provide a comprehensive review of our clients’ current and future sources of income, estimate their expenses, implement a savings program, and recommend an investment strategy and account types to provide the most tax efficient savings for our clients’ specific situation.

    

Asset Allocation – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with an Asset Allocation model that illustrates a clients current asset allocation as it applies to the entirety of our clients’ investment portfolio.  We then analyze our clients risk tolerance and time horizon to develop an investment strategy that balances the risk versus reward as it pertains to our clients’ specific goals related to taxes and income needs.

     

Insurance Analysis – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with an Insurance Analysis providing an unbiased analysis of one’s risk exposures and coverage.  From this analysis we then recommend the appropriate insurance coverage(s) needed, as well as the amount of coverage necessary in order to best protect the client.

     

Employer Benefit Review – The A.I. Group, Inc. employer benefit review includes a thorough review of the benefit package offered by the employer.  We then devise a tailored plan for the employee to choose the most favorable benefits to them that are offered by their employer as it pertains to the clients’ overall financial situation.

     

Estate Planning – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with an Estate Plan that educates our clients about the personal and financial dynamics of wealth transfer.   Our strategies address our clients preferences in tandem with a tax efficient transfer of wealth while maintaining adequate income while our clients still need it.

     

Business Planning - The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with Business Planning guidance as it pertains to buy sell agreements, succession planning and other issues that may impact our clients’ overall financial well being.

     

Social Security Benefit Planning – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with strategies for maximizing their Social Security Benefits  We provide timing strategies that take into consideration work history, spousal status, health and family history, and taxes.   

     

Medicare Planning – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients guidance regarding their Medicare choices.  We educate our clients about the timing of benefits and the financial impact of delays.  We present the choices that best suit the clients needs based on their preferences as well as their comprehensive financial plan.

     

Debt Management – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with Debt Management strategies to be sure our clients maintain a proper debt to income ratio, maximizing opportunities for arbitrage and utilizing tax deductible interest when possible.  

     

Job Entry Advice – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients guidance about the financial impact of issues pertaining to a new job such as salary, benefits package and impact of proximity.

     

Open Enrollment Services – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients’ an employer benefit review during open enrollment.

     

Plan Presentation Meeting- The A.I. Group, Inc. presents our clients’ with a final customized comprehensive financial plan.  This meeting will last approximately 2 hours and will be held at a location and time that is convenient for the client.  At this meeting The A.I. Group, Inc. delivers a hard copy document and an electronic copy of the financial plan that is ready for implementation.  We will educate our client about our strategies and recommendations within the plan.

Retainer Period Services:
The A.I. Group, Inc. provides financial planning clients with a retainer period after the final plan presentation. Retainer periods range from 3, 6 or 12 months based on the level of financial plan selected.

Implementation Resources – The A.I. Group, Inc. offers our clients access to a team of well-respected seasoned professionals who are proven experts in their related fields.  We act as liaison between your team (which may be made up of your personal team or introductions to our team) and the implementation of your final plan if you so desire. We will guide and oversee the execution of your plan to confirm the strategies and products used are as consistent with the clients’ goals as illustrated in the plan.  

Facilitate Implementation of the Plan – The A.I. Group, Inc. provides our clients with a final customized comprehensive financial plan that includes an action plan that helps facilitate the implementation of the plan.  Once retained by our clients, we follow along with our clients’ progress to be sure that their plan is actually implemented and not placed on a shelf to collect dust.       

Answering personal financial questions throughout the year – At The A.I. Group, Inc., we understand that personal finance is a work in progress.  Once retained by our clients, we are accessible for the corresponding 3, 6 or 12 month retainer period to answer any personal finance question that may crop up over the year.  Our clients do not have to face the confusing world of finance alone nor do they have to watch a running clock when they have important questions.
