Leanne Morse – VP Operations

Leanne Morse joined Alberty Financial in January 2010 as the Vice-President. She brings to the firm over 15 years of experience in taxation, report development, and strategic planning.

Leanne received and undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from Wayne State University. She worked in the Property Tax Department at Chrysler for over 11 years where she was responsible for all real property tax aspects for 51 facilities (over 60 million square feet of real property). In her tenure with Chrysler, Leanne also prepared personal property tax returns, estimated taxes, implemented tax software, documented procedures to meet Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and achieved millions in annual property tax savings through negotiations and audit settlements.

More recently, Leanne has been working at the University of Georgia identifying, analyzing, and improving workplace processes and data collection methods to meet reporting and strategic planning requirements.

Leanne is a Michigan Certified Level 2 Assessor and has extensive education in real estate appraisal, property taxation, and finance. Currently she is working on a Certified Financial Planner certificate program through University of Georgia Terry College of Business. Leanne is eager to leverage her unique business experience and education to make a positive impact on Alberty Financial and to improve overall operations. She resides in Bogart with her husband and two children.
